Ο Ηλίας Καπετσώνης Ilias Kapsons HandmadeKriti γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα.
Από το 1989 ζει και εργάζεται στο Μακρύ Γιαλό και έχει δύο παιδιά. Σπούδασε κοινωνικός λειτουργός. Τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια κάνει κατασκευές σε ξύλο με ανακυκλώσιμα υλικά.
Με πάθος για τη δημιουργία και σεβασμό στη φύση, ο καλλιτέχνης συνδυάζει ξύλο, ζωγραφική και ανακυκλώσιμα υλικά. Μέσα από έντονα χρώματα και πρωτότυπες συνθέσεις, μετατρέπει κάθε κομμάτι σε ένα μοναδικό έργο τέχνης με οικολογική ψυχή.
Είναι η δεύτερη συμμετοχή του στο Εικαστικό Καλοκαίρι. Πέρυσι η έκθεση του άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Ανυπομονούμε και για φέτος!

Ilias Kapetsonis (HandmadeKriti) was born in Athens. Since 1989, he has been living and working in Makry Gialos and is the father of two children. He studied Social Work. For the past five years, he has been creating wooden constructions using recyclable materials. With a passion for creation and respect for nature, he combines wood, painting, and recycled materials. Through vivid colors and original compositions, he turns every piece into a unique work of art with an eco-friendly soul. This is his second participation in the Ikastiko Kalokairi (Visual Summer). Last year, his exhibition left the best impressions, and we can’t wait to see his work again this year!
